We ship Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day. 

**NEW ZEALAND 

We offer FREE tracked shipping on orders over $100 within New Zealand.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the local post office. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. On average shipping within NZ takes up to 3 business days. Deliveries to some rural areas can take up to five business days within New Zealand.

**AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES 

Free tracked shipping over $150NZD.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the local post office. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order. Rural deliveries may take longer. 

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

A flat rate of $80NZD will apply to all orders.
